Representatives Ronny Jackson and David Kustoff have introduced a resolution condemning the recent Order from the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and South Africa for their actions against Israel. The resolution emphasizes Israel's right to self-defense and criticizes the ICJ for failing to consider this right.

In a statement, Representative Jackson expressed his concern over the ICJ's decision, stating, "It's abhorrent that South Africa would fall prey to terrorist propaganda and bring this case against Israel in the first place." He criticized the ICJ for not acknowledging Israel's right to defend itself against attacks by Hamas and called on the Biden administration to support Israel in its fight against terrorism.

Representative Kustoff echoed these sentiments, highlighting Israel's need to defend itself from Hamas terrorists. He emphasized the importance of standing with Israel and condemned the accusations of genocide made against the country.

A group of Representatives cosponsored the resolution, showing their support for Israel's right to self-defense. The resolution calls for the United States and the international community to stand with Israel in combating terrorism.
